Our goal is to make your horseback wedding the best it can be!

In order to ensure your horseback wedding is as perfect as it can be, we advise you take the time to read our guidelines and procedures. By securing a deposit for your special day or event to Wampee Stables you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions without argument.

Deposits & Refunds

Deposits: The initial deposit to reserve your date and time will be credited toward your final total costs. This deposit is non-refundable. Should your plans change and the wedding is rescheduled, we will apply the deposit toward another date, if that date is within 6 months of the original wedding date. If your wedding is booked within 30 days of your wedding date payment in full is required at time of booking to reserve your date and is non-refundable. The initial deposit on all packages is $100.00 or 20% of the total package costs, whichever is higher. 50$ of the remaining deposit is due 30 days prior to the ceremony date. Any remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the ceremony date and time. No exceptions!

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

Because we guarantee your date and time, and therefore must turn down other horseback weddings/events, the following cancellation policies for payments above and beyond the deposit will apply.

Cancelled within 30 days of the wedding/event date: No refunds for any reason with NO EXCEPTIONS! Cancelled 30 days or more prior to event: No refund on standard reservation deposit deposit, 100% refund of any additional payments made to Wampee Stables. Non refunded deposit may be applied toward a future date within the following 6 months.

NOTE: If you are having a wedding and reception starting at 28 days out there are many people and equipment reservations taking place to coordinate your wedding/event. These people will be paid and equipment reserved will be paid for several weeks prior to your event. This is why there are no refunds within the 30 day window.

 Late For Wedding Policy:

At Wampee Stables we do everything to make your wedding day extra special. At the same time we all must realize that there are many other brides/events that deserve the same treatment.  Do to scheduling restraints we must demand that you and your wedding party arrive at the stables in a timely manner. Therefore we must enforce the following policy. Any delays your event between 1 minute and 10 minutes late will be charged an additional $0.00 dollars. Brides, grooms, wedding parties or any other cause for delay beyond the 10 minute grace period will be charged $5.00 per minute late fee. The bride will be advised of this accrued late fee just prior to the ceremony. If you plan to be late bring lots of extra cash or we may cancel the wedding without refunding any payments made to Wampee Stables.  This policy is not to be mean, no… this is due to the fact that your photographers, chefs, officiants, DJ’s, stable assistants, setup crew etc. will most of the time have other obligations scheduled before and after your scheduled event. Please be on time.

NOTE: be sure to bring your marriage license, rings, bouquets, etc. with you. Having forgotten the rings at your hotel starts the late clock. No exceptions.

Day of Wedding Information:

We allow the posted time frame in your package for your wedding, in addition we give you access to decorate and set-up for your event. Please talk to your coordinator about pre- and post wedding photos. Normally your photographer will show up 10 minutes prior to the ceremony, photograph the brides final preparation, shoes, bride poses, bridesmaids, flower girls etc. Directly following the ceremony the photographer will do a post shoot with family & freiends, then any bridal party shots and conclude with some great posed shots of the bride and groom around the horses and farm. Additional photography time is included in packages with receptions. You can add or subtract photographer time by consulting with your wedding coordinator.

PLEASE be sure all of your guests and  bridal party have the specific directions and time.

Do not forget to bring your wedding license.
